It may not be suitable for areas prone to further sinking.

Poly Leveling

Also known as polyurethane foam injection, this technique involves injecting lightweight expanding foam through holes drilled into the slab. The foam quickly expands, filling voids and raising the concrete to the desired level. Poly leveling cures in less than an hour and is waterproof, making it ideal for repairs of more structural elements such as foundations and garage floors. While it tends to cost more than mudjacking, it lasts 10 years or more.

Stone Slurry Grout Concrete Leveling

This method creates a durable slurry that can withstand significant pressure. Stone slurry grout comprised of compacted limestone and water-based concrete is injected through holes to level the slab. This robust solution is environmentally friendly due to the natural materials it entails. Though more expensive than mudjacking, the ability to handle heavy loads makes it viable for large-scale leveling needs.
